Rates

Co-Mediation

  • 1/2 day which includes up to 3 hours and 1 1/2 hours preparation – $2750.00 plus hst
  • Full day which includes up to 6 hours and 2 hours of preparation – $5000.00 plus hst
  • Additional preparation and mediation – $500.00 per hour plus hst
  • block fee includes a 15 minute Pre-Mediation Teleconference

Mediation

  • 1/2 day which includes up to 3 hours and 1 1/2 hours preparation – $2250.00 plus hst
  • Full day which includes up to 6 hours and 2 hours of preparation – $4000.00 plus hst
  • Additional preparation and mediation – $500.00 per hour plus hst
  • block fee includes a 15 minute Pre-Mediation Teleconference

Early Neutral Evaluation

  • Rates are to be set on a case by case basis

Settlement Conference or Pre-Hearing Conference

  • $500.00 per hour plus hst

Cancellation Fees

For cancellations more than 15 calendar days before the scheduled event, there will be no cancellation fee and only a charge for the time and disbursements incurred up to that date. If the mediation/hearing is cancelled within 15 calendar days of the date scheduled, then a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee for the time booked, plus HST will be charged.

Premiums

A premium may be charged for services that involve multiple actions, global mediations (i.e. Tort & AB), or those involving more than 3 parties.
